As the saying goes, “endangered means there’s still time.” How do we – each one of us – do our individual and collective part in ensuring the survival of endangered sea turtles? Scientists and conservationists are often asked this question by concerned citizens, both young people and adults. If you don’t live near sea turtles, sometimes it can be frustrating to think about what you can do to help them in a meaningful way. If sea turtles are part of your immediate world, as they are in many Caribbean countries, you can often become involved in their conservation directly. But no matter where you live, there many things you can do to promote a healthy ocean planet. We invite you to explore the topics below, and we hope that you will be inspired to create your own ideas!
